At Gogeegee, we are committed to providing transparent and reliable shipping services for customers throughout the contiguous United States. This Shipping Policy explains our order processing procedures, shipping methods, estimated delivery times, service limitations, and customer responsibilities.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to customers located within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 States only).
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 Business Days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
During processing, orders undergo verification, inventory confirmation, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) enter processing on the same business day whenever possible.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next available Business Day.

Delivery estimates are calculated in Business Days and begin after order processing has been completed.

Tracking Information
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Customers can use the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email to monitor delivery progress.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Carrier operational delays
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- High seasonal shipping volumes
- Public holidays
- Unexpected transportation disruptions
In such situations, delivery times may be extended by several Business Days.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted, shipment delays, carrier surcharges, return-to-sender events, or delivery failures may occur.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error after placing your order.
Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, damaged during transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our customer support team.
We will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
